The category may include any of the following: -Arrears -Defaults -County Court Judgment -Bankruptcy -Poor credit score -Late repayments If you have undergone any of these during your financial dealings, you are eligible to avail bad credit personal loans. These loans are offered according to your requirements and in a cheap and affordable rate. The interest rates and other fee are charged keeping in mind your financial conditions. This helps you further in improving your credit score by making prompt and timely repayments. Your credit history is also a major factor that is considered while offering you the loan. Let us see how. Bad credit personal loans are offered mainly on the basis of your credit score. Credit score is a number that tells you how you have been paying off your debts till now. The lender will see the number of errors in your credit score and according to that he will determine whether you are eligible for the loan amount or not. If you are a fist time borrower, do not panic. Bad credit personal loans are available to no credit holders as well. You can get bad credit personal loans in both secured and unsecured forms. With a secured loan, you will have to put a security and you will get a loan amount ranging from 3000-25,000. The repayment term usually ranges from 2-25 years. Unsecured loans on the other hand do not ask for any security but the loan amount is a bit less i.e. 1000-10,000 and the repayment being anything between 6 months and 10 years. With bad credit personal loans, the purpose doesnt matter. This is the most advantageous point with this loan that you do not have to tell the lender about the reason why you are taking this loan. In order to get the best bad credit personal loan deal, apply online. It will provide you additional benefits and discounts as well as get money fast and easy. Bad credit personal loans are a fortunate thing for people with poor credit. These loans make your needs fulfilled as well as help remove past financial faults and make you life run smooth. Are You Happy With Your Hairdresser and Salon?

By Perriann Rodriguez How many times in your life do you think you will go to a salon to get your hair cut or styled? Let’s see, if you start when you’re about 2 years old and go 6 times a year until you’re about 70 years old, that turns out to be over 400 visits. Even more impressive is the amount of money (over $12,000 USD for average $30 visits) you will end up spending in your lifetime to cut, style and care for your hair. This doesn’t even include special hair care products or additional services such as coloring, perms, treatments, etc. With these statistics, it is safe to say that our hair is an important part of our lives. Finding the right hair stylist and salon is crucial to the end results of any hair style or process. Emiliano Vitale, Creative Director for E Salon in Wahroonga Australia, says, “All clients look to us for direction. It is up to us to listen carefully, understand our clients needs and desires and then to translate this into a style which is specifically designed and tailored to their lifestyle and personal needs.” We have invited Emiliano to visit with us and answer a few questions about salons, hairdressers and hair styles. Below are his insightful answers: Question: Men and women spend thousands of dollars every year going to salons and caring for their hair. Yet most people report that they are less than satisfied with the results. When you read some of the salon reviews out there you will find people that like the look of their cut/color/perm but are very unhappy with the service. Some describe salons with arrogant, rude or inconsiderate hairdressers and staff. Why is E Salon different in this respect? How do you address complaints from clients ? Emiliano: First of all, hairdressers are a reflection of their leader. You don’t have rude or arrogant team members–you have rude and arrogant owners. Hairdressers globally, actually Humanity globally wakes up every morning and wants to give their best. Then they get to work and are rude only because they are not appreciated or lack self worth. It is the duty of every leader to dedicate themselves to their team and to inspire their team to cooperate in a spirit of harmony. The only reason we are successful is because I dedicate myself to my team. I made a promise a long time ago that when one of my team members leave, they will leave a better human being and a better hairdresser. It is easy to blame our team members for making mistakes and for not being good enough. But I can assure that if we ALL, including OWNERS, realized that the person looking back at us in the mirror was responsible for the state of our life, then this industry, let alone this world, would be a greater place. I train my people to see themselves as truly great human beings, and by doing this they will see greatness in everyone else. I promise to give them an extraordinary life and that is what my purpose is. My team members are the most pleasant and remarkable people I know. At E Salon we treat the Human Being, not the hair. We encourage and welcome any feedback. Complaints are an opportunity to show the world what kind of human being you are. Many hairdressers take a complaint like a personal attack on them. As a leader it is our responsibility to train our people properly and nurture them and their spirit. I am sorry; there are no rude and arrogant hairdressers—just incapable leaders. Always see the human being and give your best in evey moment in every situation. What you give is what you get—it is that simple. Question: When you first meet with a client that wants a new hair style, what is your mode of operation? Emiliano: The first thing I do is ask many questions, such as ‘Why do you want to change your look? What don’t you like about your hair?’ I try to find out as much history as possible, including anything he/she has every been unhappy and happy with. Next I like to feel the hair to determine its thickness and texture. Then I look for any unusually growth patterns. Finally, and most important, I look at face shape, bone structure and the clients overall style. I focus in on suitability and I try to enhance the strengths they may have, i.e. eyes, lips cheekbones, etc. Sample photos of hair styles the clients like are also very helpful in letting me know what my clients like. Question: As a salon owner, how important is it to keep abreast of current hair and fashion trends? Emiliano: It is imperative that we stay abreast of what is happening in the world of hairdressing. Though it is more important to know who you are in relation to fashion. In today’s world every fashion designer and hairdresser is doing his or her own thing. We must find what we identify with in terms of fashion, and with that initial inspiration, make that evolve into something that is uniquely ours. It is so important to be a leader not a follower and to be true to yourself. In the state of truth you will be able to tap into a universal source of what is fashion anyway. That is a purely surreal experience when you come up with an original idea, and realize that others have had the same idea, very cool. Question: A lot of hairdressers aim to please and give their clients the hair cut that they want. For example—a client brings in a photo of a hair style he/she really likes and wants to get the same look. Do you ever tell a client that —NO that hair style or color will not work for you? Emiliano: Absolutely! If I feel a hair style doesn’t suit a client, I will not hesitate to let him/her know how I feel. That is why my clients pay me $110 a cut. Having said that, I must also contradict myself by saying, hair is about the person wearing it, not the hairdresser. By knowing who you are and believing in yourself, you attract clients who like what you do. Hence you will very rarely have client in your chair that doesn’t like what you do. Question: What salon products do you use and how importat are they to creating workable hair styles? Emiliano: We use L’Oreal styling products. My favorites are; Gloss Wax, Liss Control and Pure Gloss Spray in the Techni.art range, Smoothing Serum in the Texturline range by Artic (L’Oreal) and Kiwi Blow serum in the Kiwi range. Without products, I don’t believe we would really be able to produce the results we are looking for. Question: It’s one thing to come out of the salon looking fabulous. It’s quite another creating the look on your own at home. Do you offer styling advice and training for your clients? Emiliano: I offer the correct advice on which products to use and how to use them to achieve results. Question: What can we expect for hair style trends for the Fall 2004? What will be the popular colors, lengths, styles? Emiliano: From me, you can expect short crowns with longer lengths, creating seamless layers and transition from short to long. I am still working with asymmetry and disconnected lengths. Fringes are still very hot. I love anything Rock Chic looking. I try to make my models and clients look like Rock stars. Colors are more a technique thing rather than actual colors, though I am working a lot with mahogany and nut browns. Highlights are bolder yet they are peeping through the hair, not on the top of the hair. I have been working with this technique for a couple of years, just varying the placement of color. At this very moment we are working with major contrast in color. Question: Where do hair style trends start anyway? Emiliano: I believe hair trends do not start, they evolve. They are definitely started by the hairdresser rather than the client. For example, let’s look at the past season. Hair trends have a very sixties and eighties influence. Now that definitely didn’t start recently, though it evolved from that period and was adapted to today. I will try to start my own trends. At the moment I am working with my GARAGE Collection in the salon and my L’Oreal tour. The collection features extremely short crowns, varying lengths, with asymmetry and disconnection. Trends are inspired by something. They can be inspired by a movie, a song, a painting—with inspiration anything goes. You must trust your instincts. Fashion is what you LOVE. LOVE IS FASHION Question: On a global scale, do you see a trend of how new hair style fashions evolve? Emiliano: Personally the entertainment industry inspires me. I feel Hollywood has a major influence on setting trends. European hairdressers, especially the English are great translators of this. To take the mantle as trend setter, you definitely need to earn it. I know many hairdressers look to fashion and the designer’s new collections for inspiration. You know that anything goes, and it is usually started by some kid on a street corner who has cut their own hair, and it has caught the eye of some top stylist, designer or even director. Fashion is what you make it and who you are in context to that fashion. Question: What are some of the current hair concerns that your clients are experiencing and what sort of treatments do you offer? Emiliano: In Australia, hair is very good at the moment as we are in winter. If anything, the hair is a little dehydrated. We offer the complete range of Power Dose treatments from L’Oreal. They are quick and easy treatments and make such an immediate change in the hair. My favorite here is the Shine Blonde treatment that is a toner as well as a treatment. Results are awesome! Question: Do you have hard and fast hair care advice that applies to everyone? Emiliano: Use very little conditioner. Apply it first to mid-lengths and the ends, then comb it through the rest of the hair. When applying mousse, apply it slowly and with a comb, little by little. Always finish with a gloss spray for shine. Question: There is a study that says one in two women color their hair. A lot of women do it themselves. What type of color products do you use and why would you recomment that women go to E Salon for color processing? Emiliano: We exclusively use L’Oreal Professional products. We recommend that clients come to us for color because we are trained professionals. COLOR TO HAIR ACTS LIKE PAINT TO A SKETCH, IT GIVES IT LIFE! The reason I feel that one in two women color their hair at home is our own fault. We need to spend more money on training our people and take responsibility ourselves. We tend to blame the companies for making and selling hair color products in the supermarkets. If we were doing our jobs correctly, the companies wouldn’t need to sell in pharmacies and supermarkets. Question: Finally, what are your recommendations for someone seeking a new hairdresser or salon? Emiliano: Go in for a blow dry and take notice of all the work going on around you. Look for someone who puts love into his or her work. The are a rare breed and when you find them, cherish them. You will notice they stroke the hair, like you would pat a cat. They put their heart and soul into their work and they look at what they are doing and the way the hair falls. The best hairdressers will ask about you, not talk about themselves. Always pick the stylist in a salon with the worst haircut. The best hairdressers cut everyone elses’ hair. I tend to get a lot of clients by people asking my clients on the street who cuts their hair. Don’t be afraid to ask lots of questions and bring in pictures. When you find a happy and content team of hairdressers, you are sure your money is going to someone who is making a difference in the lives of their clients. Thank you Emiliano for your thoughts and insights on hair styles and salons! Emiliano: Final words: Be brilliant and accept yourself for the glorious human being you are, for the SIMPLE reason that you ARE. GOD BLESS ! The Mouth Watering Thai Cuisine

By Oh Srichaphan Thai cuisine is fast becoming internationally famous. The food reveals a great deal about the country its political history, geography and trade. Thailand, as it developed, was influenced by countries like India and China and its clearly shown in the food. Yet Thai cuisine, like its people, has maintained its own unique identity. The distinct flavors of Thai cooking come from the local spices and produce: coconut milk, lemongrass, tamarind, ginger, garlic, basil, palm sugar, turmeric, peppers, shallots, spring onions and chili which has become one of the main players in Thai taste and much Thai food is fiery hot. Fish sauce and shrimp paste appear in nearly every recipe as well. Making the taste a harmonious blend of the spicy, salty, subtle, sweet and sour. Thai food is mostly stir-fried, boiled, steamed, some are grilled but, like most countries in the region, a lack of fuel in the old days precluded baking. Some of Thai most well known dishes are Tom Yum Gung spicy prawn soup with herbs, Pad Thai stir fried rice noodles, Gaeng Khiew Waan sweet green curry, Tom Kha Kai Spicy and sweet soup with chicken and galangal, Panang dry sweet curry, Som Tam papaya salad, among other tasty dishes. Gardening Tips, Hints and Advice

By Phil Edwards Creating a beautiful outdoor living space can be one way to add usable space to your home. Although, depending on the climate where you live, this outdoor space may not be usable year round, many homeowners find they get a great deal more use out of their backyard by incorporating a few gardening and outdoor beautification tips. Everything from gardening and landscaping to adding water features and installing a deck can contribute to an outdoor space which creates a virtual oasis for the homeowners. When the outdoor space is more aesthetically appealing and versatile the homeowners are much more likely to use this space frequently. Landscaping is one of the most commonly known ways to improve the overall appearance of an outdoor living area. A well maintained lawn is one of the most basic elements of an appealing yard. Keeping the grass looking well involves frequent watering including enough water to really soak the roots, weeding regularly, applying fertilizer and aerating the lawn a few times a year. These practices will keep the lawn looking healthy and vibrant. In addition to maintaining the lawns, homeowners can also plant trees. Trees can serve the purpose of creating an appealing yard with ample shade and privacy. Fruit trees are especially popular because they also yield succulent fruit annually. The use of flowers can also brighten up both front and back yards. Colorful flowers such as pansies, tulips and roses are commonly placed in front yards to create curb appeal but these same colorful elements can be used in backyards for the enjoyment of the homeowners. An outdoor space which is well maintained and colorful will be used more often than those which are not as attractive. Building or installing a water feature can also make an outdoor living space more appealing. Whether you opt for an elaborate waterfall with a sizable pond or a small tabletop fountain you can enjoy the soothing benefits of the sound of water as well as the visual appeal of these elements. More complex waterfalls may be difficult to install but most commercially available systems come with adequate instructions making it feasible for the average homeowner to complete this project without the outside assistance of a contractor. The sound of a waterfall can be very relaxing and many homeowners enjoy going outside to just sit and listen to their water feature after a long day at work. Finally, a deck installation can greatly improve the appeal and usability of an outdoor space. There are many options available for homeowners who wish to include deck space for eating or entertaining. The simplest forms of decks involve the use of paving stones. These decks involve leveling the ground under the deck space and arranging the stones in the desired panel. Paving stones can include a variety of shapes including square, rectangular, octagonal and even irregular shapes. Other options for a deck include a wooden structure which is built either directly on the ground or elevated depending on the setup of the home and the location of the deck. Building a deck can be a time consuming project and is often best left to professionals especially if the homeowners are not confident in their abilities to design and build a structure which will be safe as well as attractive. Depression, Coping

By David Chandler Depression is a very serious matter, which does not discriminate. Depression does not care what your age is, what gender you are, or even what your race or social class is. Depression can often make a person feel sad, helpless, hopeless, and irritable. It is normal for people to have these feeling sometimes, but some people cannot just snap out of it and this is the difference between what is normal and major depression. It is the determination and brutality of the emotions that determine the mental illness of depression from normal mood changes. We are going to talk about different types of depression and how it can affect you. Depression is an illness that affects your body, mind, disposition, thought, sleep, energy, concentration, weight, and much more. Depression is not a mood, it is not a sign of personal weakness, and it cannot be simply willed away. Clinical depression is constant and can interfere significantly with an individual’s ability to function by emotional experiences of sadness, loss, or passing mood states. Clinical depression can be devastating to all areas of a person’s everyday life, including family relationships, friendships, and the ability to work or go to school. Bipolar disorder (manic-depression) is a mood disorder, which means that the symptoms are abnormalities of mood. Bipolar disorder involves episodes of both serious mania and depression. Bipolar disorder can have a devastating impact on sufferer’s lives and can lead to suicide if it is not treated. Major depression is a more common illness, the symptoms of which are mainly those of ‘low’ mood. Causes Several things can cause depression; one of the causes can be attributed to a deficiency of certain neurotransmitters in the brain that signal from one nerve cell to another. The immune system of a depressed person is usually very low and therefore ineffectively responding to diseases, including cancer. The everyday stressors faced by Americans have simply become too much for many to bear, and reasonably so. In recent years, taking an anti-anxiety medication or anti-depressant has become as common as taking a multi-vitamin. How to Alleviate Two amino acids are known to alleviate depression in many persons. They are tyrosine and L-phenylalanine. The two amino acids are a natural precursor of certain neurotransmitters. You can’t afford what? Perhaps the only thing worse than depression is having depression and not being able to afford treatment. Needy Meds is a website that offers all the information you need to get your meds free, just click the name of your drug in the list on the left side of the page. The Medicine Program is for people who do not have insurance and do not qualify for government programs you may qualify to enroll in a privately sponsored program. They do charge a $5 processing fee but the medications themselves are free. Volunteers staff this organization and the processing fee covers their expenses. This company will contact the drug manufacturer on your behalf, or you can choose to contact the drug companies themselves. Hypnotherapy for Relationships Improving the Quality of life

By Rich MacKenzie Human beings are social creatures; in our day to day lives we are constantly meeting and interacting with people, and creating relationships with them. Fathers, mother, sibling, friend, lover, co-worker, subordinate These are just a few examples of relationships which are common to people across the globe. While some of us are really good with maintaining these relationships, others are want for improvement. It is a fact that not all our relationships can be called successful, some might be disconcerting and dissatisfying while yet others could be downright disastrous. We all realize at some point in time that we need to review our own attitudes towards our relationships; while we might start out with noble intentions of bringing about positive change, we might not always succeed. An external intervention, something which can guide you through the trials and tribulations of a relationship can help a great deal. Hypnotherapy for relationships is one such intervention, and it has proven to be really effective time and time again. Relationships are what our lives are made of, and happy relationships make for a happy and satisfied life. But this satisfaction eludes us frequently when we fail to carry through a relationship. Possessiveness, insecurity, communication barriers, ego hassles, overdependence, and infidelity are some of the problems which can arise in the relationships we share with other people. How could hypnotherapy for relationships help you address these issues? It all starts with a simple thought. By realizing that there is room for improvement in your relationship, you have already taken the first step towards making it better. Hypnotherapy for relationships basically targets the way you think, and your perception of other people. It works towards redesigning your attitude, because it is your attitude towards people that makes the most amount of difference. Once you have started work on your subconscious mind, through the route of hypnotherapy for relationships, you will find yourself to become calmer and relaxed. Hypnotherapy teaches you to be more stable in your responses, as it smoothens out the rough edges from your reactions. Lets say that you chose hypnotherapy for relationships to deal with the problem of insecurity in your relationship; through auto suggestions to your subconscious mind, hypnotherapy will work towards increasing your confidence and changing your self image. It will also work upon your phobias and fear, and replace it with positive thinking. Once you start experiencing a change in yourself, you will notice that your partner/companion is also reacting to you in a more positive fashion. This is because you have altered your perspective, and now have the ability to empathize with the other person; it also means that hypnotherapy has helped you in becoming more relaxed. Your partner can sense this, and subconsciously will react to this change in a favorable manner. Hypnotherapy for relationships can help you communicate better, and effective communication is the key to any successful relationship, isnt it? Respiratory Therapy Schools Offer College Degrees

By Michael Bustamante Respiratory Therapy Schools are often found in medical schools. However, degrees in respiratory therapy can come from vocational, technical, and trade schools and respiratory therapy colleges and universities. Respiratory therapy (RT) technicians, or respiratory care practitioners, work under the direct supervision of physicians, assuming responsibility for respiratory care therapeutic treatment and diagnosis of patients with breathing and cardiopulmonary problems. Respiratory therapy technicians work according to carefully defined care procedures, following specific rules to administer therapeutic treatments. Studies undertaken for Associate (ART) and Bachelor (BRT) degrees in respiratory therapy (also known as respiratory care) will include human anatomy and physiology, pharmacology, mathematics, chemistry, physics, and microbiology. Courses in procedures of therapeutic and diagnostic methods, tests, and equipment can be anticipated. Respiratory therapy classes can also include patient assessment, specialized patient care, resuscitation, applications of cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation, clinical guidelines, promoting respiratory health and disease prevention, and the keeping of medical records. Respiratory Therapy Schools provide for Master of Science (MSRT) degrees in respiratory therapy and Doctorate (PhD) programs, which offer additional options for expertise, occupations, and employment. Respiratory Therapy Schools will also train respiratory therapy students in working with pressurized hazardous gases and the necessary safety precautions taken with these materials. Students will also learn to maintain and test equipment, and become aware of risks for exposure to and procedures for eliminating the possibility of contracting infectious diseases. Respiratory therapy technicians are employed by medical and surgical hospitals. Associate degrees are required for entry into the medical field of respiratory therapy. Associate or Bachelor degrees prepare students for advanced respiratory therapy positions. Most states require certification in respiratory therapy prior to employment. Incomes for respiratory therapists at the entry level can approach $30,000; experienced respiratory therapy technicians with advanced degrees can earn upwards of $60,000 annually. Young Wrestlers Fast, Sweat to Make Weight

By Michael Lewis Weight Loss Their Greatest Opponent ——————————— Before high school and college wrestlers can face their opponents in the ring, they must first vanquish one in the locker room, the scales that determine whether they’re eligible to compete in a given weight class. In order to make the weight they want, many of these young athletes are using fasting, dehydration, diet pills, and laxatives as ways to lose weight quickly. How widespread is this potentially deadly practice? A recent study of wrestlers in Michigan high schools found 7 out of 10 used at least one possibly harmful weight loss method each week of the wrestling session — and just over half of them used at least two methods each week. About a quarter of the young wrestlers lost 10 pounds or more during the season, and 11% fasted longer than 24 hours before a match. The study was published in the May issue of Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise. “This study reinforces what we’ve known for years,” lead author Robert Kiningham, MD, tells WebMD. “While previous studies have looked at elite, highly committed wrestlers, we looked at everyone. Disturbingly, we found the same percentage of harmful behaviors as previous studies of elite wrestlers, suggesting these behaviors are widespread.” Kiningham is an assistant clinical professor and director of the sports medicine fellowship program at the University of Michigan School of Medicine in Ann Arbor. Many wrestlers try to compete in an unrealistically low weight class because they believe this gives them a competitive advantage, says Doug Andersen, DC, nutrition consultant for West Coast Sports Performance and Sports Medicine Consultants in Manhattan Beach, Calif., and a nutritionist for the Los Angeles Kings hockey team. “First, wrestlers should qualify for a sensible weight class,” he says. “If you skip one meal the day beforehand in order to drop two or three pounds, that’s one thing. But when someone tries to drop tremendous amounts of weight, 10 pounds or more, we’re concerned. While they may not have an eating disorder in the strict sense, they certainly have disordered eating.” “In 1997 three healthy college-age men all died because they were trying to make weight for the wrestling team, using similar rapid-weight-loss regimens based on dehydration. Wrestlers put on nonpermeable clothing and exercise hard, and then don’t rehydrate themselves. This is dangerous,” says Samantha Heller, MS, RD, a senior clinical nutritionist at New York University Medical Center and an exercise physiologist. Short-term studies have found rapid weight loss can lead to a decline in the ability to think clearly, loss of athletic strength and power, and mood changes, Heller says. No one knows if there are long-term effects, because long-term studies haven’t been done. The authors of the Michigan study conclude by saying, “Altering these entrenched behaviors will require a unified effort by coaches, administrators, parents, and wrestlers throughout the sport.” However, some coaches don’t see any need for change. “Wrestlers have a short-term goal, to make their weight,” says Dick Bellock. “They may not eat for a day but we all skip meals once in awhile. Teenage kids get hungry. They make weight, they eat right afterward; that isn’t necessarily binge eating.” Bellock wrestled in high school and college and is now the athletic director of McKay High School in Salem, Ore. Bob Ferraro agrees. “We already have safety measures in place,” says Ferraro, executive director of the National High School Coaches Association, based in Easton, Pa. “Every wrestler must be examined by a physician, and the physician determines the weight class that wrestler will compete at. These issues have already been addressed.” Andersen, however, believes changes are needed. “Today, wrestlers weigh-in hours before or the day before the match. They should have to weigh-in just beforehand. If someone had to wrestle in a dehydrated state, weak as a kitten, they wouldn’t like it.” Since the data was collected for the Michigan study, the state has instituted a new program using mandatory weight standards based on a measured percentage of body fat. Kiningham hopes the new program will be effective in limiting pressures on young wrestlers to engage in unhealthy weight-loss behaviors in order to compete. Know You’ll Be Happy With The Results Before Starting Your Diet

By David McGimpsey I received an email through my web site the other day. Karen asks, “I need to lose weight quickly. Are there ways of dropping a lot of weight in a couple of weeks?” Well, Karen, there are lots of ways to lose weight. Popular at the moment among the Hollywood-set is the skeleton diet. This diet consists of a large consumption of oxygen with three square meals of water per day. Previously, this program was known as starvation, but somewhere along the line political correctness took over and “starvation” was found to be discriminatory to aspiring young starlets. Now, I would never recommend such an eating plan (is “eating” the right word?). Terrible as it may seem, whilst weight can be dropped (and kept off) by following good eating plans, diets that allow you to turn from happy-go-lucky mom to cadaver in a couple of weeks are, in the main, not good for you (or anyone that is required to look at you for more than a few seconds without laughing hysterically at your new Halloween costume). On the serious side, there are ways that Karen and anyone else can lose weight successfully without the need to go on an oxygen-only diet. There are programs out there that when followed correctly (without the need for eating like a pigeon) show results. The most important thing to look for in any diet program are a) testimonials and b) satisfaction guarantees. If a vendor guarantees satisfaction it is a pretty safe bet they are confident you will be happy with a diet program. To your success (with apologies to Karen)! David McGimpsey’s web site lists guaranteed weight loss programs. Arthritis Pain Relief – Natural Tips And Treatments That Work Fast

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Helen_Hecker] Helen Hecker I got rid of my arthritis and arthritis pain forever by doing one single thing – read on. Yes I finally found complete relief from my arthritis pain naturally, and you can do it too. To get the arthritis pain relief you’re seeking it’s helpful to understand how arthritis works. Sometimes arthritis occurs in the wrist, elbows, shoulders, and jaw but you generally don’t find it there. In osteoarthritis, any one or more affected joints experience a progressive loss of cartilage, which is the slippery material that cushions the ends of bones. It’s important to learn plenty of facts about joints and arthritis to help you understand how to treat arthritis better. Collagen is the main protein found in all connective tissues in the body, including the muscles, ligaments, and tendons. Damaged joints cause pain and sufferers are constantly looking for ways to relieve the pain. Researchers report a higher incidence of osteoarthritis between parents and children or between siblings than between husbands and wives. Injuries sometimes can be the start in the arthritic disease process; osteoarthritis can develop years later even after a single traumatic injury to a joint or near a joint. Possible causes of arthritis include lesser known: bleeding disorders, like hemophilia that causes bleeding to occur in the joint; disorders such as avascular necrosis, that block the blood supply closest to the joint; and conditions like hemochromatosis, which causes iron build-up in the joints. Many arthritis sufferers have changed their diets, like I did, and noticed significant or total improvement. An acidic diet, that is any foods that are not alive, is considered to be inflammatory to the joints. One natural treatment method involves avoiding all inflammatory foods. I learned to eat and enjoy all living foods. Living foods are foods that are alive, like fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds. There are plenty of raw food cookbooks out there with great recipes, too. If you’re not already doing so, make a big effort to change your diet. Many have told me that going off dairy products and gluten-containing foods relieved their arthritis pain entirely. Make smoothies with fruit only using a base of two bananas, adding a cup of frozen or fresh blueberries and mango chunks or substitute any other fruit and add an energy boost of two tablespoons of coconut oil; add one or two leaves of kale for another highly nutritional boost — no one will ever know. Studies done on antioxidant vitamins question the value of these supplements; it’s clearly better to consume these antioxidants in living foods because they may also need to work with other nutrients present in the foods to work properly. Keep in mind, if you take a joint supplement it should help do three things — build cartilage, relieve everyday joint pain, and enhance your flexibility and movement. Some people swear by morning drinks of raw apple cider vinegar and honey for arthritis pain relief. If your osteoarthritis is affecting your load-bearing joints, keeping your weight within a normal range is important. Even the lightest exercise can go a long way to maintaining your joint mobility and overall health. At bedtime try putting on a pair of stretch gloves to help reduce the pain and swelling in your fingers for those who have arthritic hands. To be on the safe side always seek your doctor’s advice before starting or changing your exercise program. Stretching and warming up the joints should always be the first step in your exercise routine to make your joints more flexible. For arthritic fingers, a good exercise is to put your finger tips together and press hard and release, then repeat several times. Even if you don’t think you can exercise, you can do some movements. Use Taiji health balls, with the chimes, to strengthen the finger joints: hold two balls, move in a clockwise circle with your fingers to rotate them, then try counterclockwise and do throughout the day. If you’re going to go the conventional treatment route and take medications, ask your pharmacist for drug inserts so you can read up on the drugs and understand any side effects or adverse reactions, before taking them. If you’re planning to take any of the non-prescription NSAIDS for arthritis, make sure you understand what bad effects they can have on the stomach, liver and/or kidneys and discuss this with your doctor. Once you become more informed about arthritis you’ll be able to plan an arthritis treatment program, natural or conventional or a combination of both. More and more doctors are investigating the benefits of alternative therapies and most don’t object to patients trying them. One should not only search for relief of arthritis pain but work on preventing it. Knowing more about arthritis and how it works will ultimately help contribute to your relief of arthritis pain. Changing the diet to a diet of mostly living foods is the fastest way to get rid of arthritis pain – I did it, you can too.
